MAISON GROUP LLC currently ships only within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Time

All orders go through a processing stage before shipment to ensure order accuracy and quality control.

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Handling and transit times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both handling and transit time.

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

This timeframe begins from the day the order is placed and successfully processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Order Cancellation

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:
